I arrived over an hour late to concert. Someone was in our seats. They didn’t bother to give up the seats even after I showed them proof of our tickets. I wasn’t able to find any employee to help us out. We stood up for 30 minutes trying to enjoy concert. We attempted again to find an employee and when we did she was hesitant about assisting us. I kept pushing and finally she agreed to help us. She asked me to take her to our seats which we did. After we confronted the other people in our seats they showed her there tickets and it turned out they were in wrong seats. My suggestion is to see more employees available to assist for situations like this in the future. I missed at least half of the show.

Great concert probably the best I’ve gone to

Eden Muñoz started the concert with great/well-known songs that just got the audience’s attention and make us feel more excited. The 10 minute break in between Eden Muñoz and Banda MS was in my opinion greatly appreciated because that gave us, the audience, a chance to get a drink or simply to the bathroom. When Banda MS started, it was the best thing ever because the intro that they played was really great. Banda MS and Eden Muñiz know how to keep the audience entertained. At the end of the concert many people took pictures with Walo the second voice of Banda MS and I feel that-that made the experience even better.
